"Torch Festival" is a traditional festival of Hani and other ethnic groups. Last summer, I went to the relatives to play, and I was catching up with the Torch Festival, which really made me happy.
After dinner, I wrapped my brother and sister to take me to watch. When we arrived, the sky was not completely dark. The Hani people gathered from all sides to a lawn in front of Shilin. Many people held the torches. There are many people to watch, not only
young people, but also grandfathers, grandmothers and bouncers, and many foreign friends who are traveling. It’s so crowded and lively.
The sky gradually darkened and thousands of torches ignited. For a moment, the flame of the "God of Light" illuminates the sky, illuminates the stone forest, and the light is like the daytime. Suddenly, the cheers rang, and the cheers echoed over the beautiful stone forest.
The Hani people turned their torches around, and a torch was like a splendid star. People who hold high torches sometimes arrange the torches into a swimming dragon, sometimes a big circle around the city.
The Hani guys played the big three strings, and the girls danced their favorite Hani dances. The more they jumped and the more joyful, the people around them and the foreign friends joined the ranks of dancing. I couldn't help but join in, jump, sing, everyone is immersed in the happiness of the festival.
