I think I'm pretty healthy. I exercise three times a week. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat fruit every day and try to eat a lot of vegetables. And I drink milk three times a week. It can help me keep healthy. I eat junk food once a week, although I like junk food very much. Because it's important to eat less junk food. I often study late, but I try to sleep more than eight hours every night to keep healthy. I'm not too stressed out and I always try to keep happy. It's good for my health. I put on my shoes and took a taxi to the school. I was in good luck that day. I wasn’t late for school. I was pleased that time. I think I should get up earlier on weekdays or I will be late.
